Villa Evgenia is a private villa located close to the famous beach of Perissa.
A traditional two storey house, with a spacious living room with two sofas and a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a W/C. At the upper level, there are two bedrooms (the main bedroom has a double bed and the second one two twins). There is a bathroom with shower.
The villa is private, in a safe area, as all Santorini is safe, with a big patio, a beautiful swimming pool and sunbeds overlooking the village, the sea and the mountain of Perissa.
There is a spacious secure parking space.
The house is located 1.5 klm from the beach side, about 15 minutes walk.
Villa Evgenia is surrounded by fields and n ature, located ina very quiet area but very close (1 klm) to the main street of Perissa.
Perissa beach is very famous and offers everything to its guests. Restaurants, bars, cafe, supermarkets, ATM, bus station, rental car/moto agencies, pharmacy and beautiful beach bars along the beach.The house sleeps up to 7 guests.Housekeeping provided every 3 days.
