The resort has 30 independent spacious houses, which stretch on 2 floors, all with a private terrace and a garden. Plazas and playgrounds are evenly spaced and independent from the maisonettes. Trikorfo Beach is an 18.5 acre summer resort built amphitheatrically in an olive yard with respect to the unique environmental conditions and the local architecture. Set on a 250 meter golden-sand beach it extends from the crystal clear waterfront to the near mountain with panoramic and magnificent views of Toroneos Gulf. The summer houses are developed in two levels. They offer a livingroom space with wood paneled high ceilings and 2 separate outdoor terraces. The houses open to a private tile-paved terrace, shaded by a wooden pergola. “Elia” the seafront resort's restaurant is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
