Villa Filanthi is a brand new, exclusive villa with 4 bedrooms and private pool located in the sought after area of Bochali, above Zante Town. Within easy walking distance to the village's square (with its excellent tavernas) and providing the most sensational sea-views, this villa is set to impress. Villa Filanthi sleeps up to 8+1 guests in beautifully finished and air-conditioned interiors.

Inside, the villa is set over 3 floors. The lower ground floor has a double bedroom (with extra sofa bed), family shower room, as well as a gym room. The main living area is located on the ground floor and includes a beautiful, airy fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge as well as family shower room. Finally, the upper floor includes 3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1 twin) as well as a family bathroom with bathtub with shower over. For the comfort of our guests, the whole villa is air-conditioned. There are extensive terraces, beautifully furnished, providing amazing views over the sea.

Outside the villa features a lovely private swimming pool. The pool measures 6m x 3m and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and shades. Barbecue and outside dining area are also available for the guests to enjoy.
